What do I do if I move house?

What do I do if I change my name?

You will need to enclose evidence of your name change, such as a photocopy of your marriage certificate, or a certified copy of your change of name deed. How can I find out how many Tesco shares I hold?

Simply ring Equiniti on 0871 384 2977 within the UK, or log on to www.shareview.co.uk. My Tesco share certificate has been lost/stolen. What should I do?

How long should I keep my tax vouchers?

You should keep your tax vouchers for six years.

How can I obtain replacement tax vouchers?

If your tax vouchers have been lost or stolen, you can obtain replacements by contacting Equiniti on 0871 384 2977 within the UK, or by writing to Equiniti, Aspect House, Spencer Road, Lancing Business Park, Lancing, West Sussex, BN99 6DA.

How can I transfer my Tesco shares?
