When the new Tesco Widnes opens, it will have created over 300 jobs – 116 going to long-term unemployed locals. The training programme which lasts 6-8 weeks, helps to boost confidence and build on existing skills and knowledge. Our new recruits then graduate in front of their colleagues, family and friends.
