  5. Entries that are incomplete, corrupted, delayed, wrongly delivered, or not received for whatever reason will not be accepted. Any comments or photos that we consider to be offensive, indecent, racist, copied, offensive, cruel or fraudulent, or infringing the rights or others will be immediately removed (where we own content) and disqualified.
  6. Everyone who meets the entry criteria will be placed into the prize draw. Entries are not judged.
  7. One entry per person. If you enter more than once, we’ll accept your first entry only and disqualify all other entries.
  8. No third party or bulk entries. If it becomes apparent that either a participant or household is using any means to circumvent this condition such as, and without limitation, multiple accounts, multiple reproduced or computer generated entries, fraudulently falsifying data, in the opinion of the promoter or otherwise acting in violation of these terms, these participants will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void.
  9. The entry instructions form part of the rules. By entering, you agree to accept and be bound by the rules.
  10. The winners of the prize draw will be the first 10 entries randomly selected from all entries by Groundwork, Tesco’s partner in administering the Bags of Help scheme.
  11. Each winner will receive a grant of £100 to be used solely for the Bags of Help project chosen by the winner. The money will be issued to the details Tesco holds that were used for the project’s original Bags of Help grant.
  12. There is no alternative to the prize stated and we cannot send the prize to anyone other than the project in accordance with clause 11.
  13. The winners will be notified by Groundwork (for England/Wales) or greenspace scotland (for Scotland) within 14 days of the closing date either on Twitter or through the details we already hold for the group from the first grant. If we cannot contact the winner or if a winner does not return necessary details, we will try again and if we don’t hear within a further 14 days, the prize will be redrawn and awarded to a new winner.
  14. We reserve the right to verify the winner and ask for proof of their connection to the Bags of Help project from the contacts we have at the project itself.
  15. Details of the winners’ names and counties may be shared with anyone who requests their details. If you are a winner, we may ask you to take part in publicity relating to this prize draw with no further recompense. The winners agree to their names, photographs and entries being used for promotional purposes. Winners’ details may be passed onto Groundwork or greenspace scotland for prize administration but will not be used for any other purpose.
  16. We may re-tweet some entries online during the promotional period. If we use your entry this will not increase your chance of winning and is, by no means, an endorsement of your entry.
  17. We will not tolerate anyone who posts comments via any social media channel or anywhere else during this prize promotion that we consider to be bullying, spiteful or upsetting to other entrants and followers of Tesco or directly aimed at us. Anyone acting in this way will be disqualified from the prize promotion.
  18. If you would like to know the name and county of the winner please send an email to bagsofhelp@uk.tesco.com.
  19. In entering this prize draw, you grant us a licence to use your entry for any purpose in connection with this prize promotion.
