The Complaining Cow interviews Dave Lewis and Matt Davies on improvements at Tesco and asks how they will continue to put customers first.
Back in the summer of 2014 I contacted Dave Lewis before he took up his role at Tesco as CEO giving him links to my stories. He asked to meet when he started and I told him a few things about what I thought of Tesco!
I was asked to keep on complaining as it would help Tesco improve and I suggested that I should interview Dave. Here I am with him and also UK CEO Matt Davies.
I could have asked so much but there are a good range of answers here. I’ll keep complaining, keep challenging Tesco and writing my blogs on being a champion for consumers.
