We’ve been working with our friends at Wieden + Kennedy for around 7 months now on our new conversation with our customers. Check out the video above for a behind the scenes look at our partnership. We share why it was important that we kept ‘Every Little Helps,’ the thinking behind our Christmas campaign and our exciting plans for 2013.

 

Christmas is a special time of the year for many of us; it certainly is for me. Christmas brings hope to many parts of the world, and excitement to children everywhere. But it can also be a challenging time, and in a year that has seen much challenge, there’s no doubt that there will be highs and lows for many. But as a big brand, one at the heart of many communities...
